*The Introductory
APR on purchases does not apply to balance transfers or cash advances;
the Promotional APR on balance transfers does not apply to purchases
or cash advances, and the Cash Advance Fee will be waived on amounts
transferred at the time of application or by using the checks included
in your Welcome Package. For all other balance transfers or checks posting
to your account the Member APR and the Cash Advance Fee of 3% ($5 minimum)
will apply. If your Minimum Payment is past due, these APR(s) will increase
to the Member APR which is between 13.24% and 19.99% (as of 11/1/06). We
have the right to change, in accordance with the Cardmember Agreement
and applicable law, your APRs, fees and other terms at any time, for
any reason including, but not limited to, any change in your credit
history, credit obligations, account performance, use of your credit
lines with us or any creditor or our financial return. These changes,
should they occur, have been reviewed and agreed upon by Union Privilege®,
the organization that brings you Union Plus benefits.
